Analytics and Bioanalysis
Clinical chemistry and LC/MS for quantitative readouts across studies
We measure biomarkers and quantify compounds in blood, other fluids, and tissue, supporting PK, biodistribution, safety, and mechanism work in mouse, rat, and human samples.
Clinical chemistry
We run serum, plasma, and urine biomarker panels on a Respons 910 analyzer, for mouse, rat, and human studies. The panels support PK/PD, safety monitoring, and translational biomarker work, and integrate with our flow cytometry and immunology readouts.
Liver function and tissue injury
ALT (GPT), AST (GOT), GGT, ALP, bilirubin, LDH, CK, and bile acids.
Liver toxicity and drug safety.
Renal function and electrolytes
Creatinine, urea, cystatin C, sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, magnesium, and phosphate.
Kidney safety and PK support.
Inflammation and acute phase
CRP/hsCRP, ferritin, and complement C3/C4.
Inflammatory status, alongside cytokine analysis.
Iron metabolism and oxidative stress
Iron, ferritin, transferrin, UIBC, bilirubin, and uric acid.
Ferroptosis and oxidative stress.
Lipid and cardiometabolic
Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, NEFA, ApoA1, ApoB, Lp(a), Lp-PLA2, CK-MB, CK-NAC, and myoglobin.

Glucose, HbA1c, lactate, and β-hydroxybutyrate.

Some markers, including CRP/hsCRP, complement C3/C4, ApoA1, ApoB, Lp(a), Lp-PLA2, and myoglobin, are available for human samples.
LC/MS
Liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry for the quantitative measurement of compounds and biomarkers in complex matrices such as plasma and tissue.
Pharmacokinetics and biodistribution
Quantification of drug candidates in body fluids and tissue samples.

Conformity, accuracy, and stability of formulations.
