In Vitro Assays

Cell-based and biochemical assays, with high-parameter flow cytometry and immune profiling

We work with commercial cell lines, freshly isolated primary cells, and tissue from preclinical models. We support assay design and screening as well as full studies, and we adapt established protocols or develop new ones when a program needs them.

Flow cytometry and immune profiling

We run high-parameter multicolor flow cytometry on a ZE5 five-laser platform (355, 405, 488, 561, and 640 nm). Panels read out multiple cell populations and functional states in one sample, from blood, spleen, lymph node, tumor, and dissociated organs.

Regulatory T Cell (Treg) Profiling Gating Strategy.

  • High-parameter multicolor flow cytometry

  • Tumor and tissue single cell isolation

  • Cell characterization

  • Activation-state and functional profiling

  • Study design support, from panel selection to endpoints

Panels adapted to your question

We hold validated panels in several areas and adapt them to a study rather than forcing a program into a fixed format. This includes custom panel development, marker replacement and optimization, disease-specific adaptation, and mechanism-of-action focused design.

Functional assays

Beyond population frequencies, we measure how cells respond.

  • Cytokine profiling, by intracellular staining and secreted-cytokine measurement

  • Apoptosis and viability and cell cycle analysis

  • Cell proliferation and cytotoxicity analysis

• Intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS)

Application areas

  • Immuno-oncology. Tumor microenvironment profiling, checkpoint response, and myeloid and regulatory populations.

  • Vaccines. Antigen-specific T cell responses, germinal center and Tfh profiling, and adjuvant-driven immunity.

  • Inflammation and innate immunity. Innate activation and myeloid phenotyping in inflammatory models.

  • Human translational profiling. PBMC activation, exhaustion, memory, cytokine, and innate activation.

Pre-defined panels

Examples of panels we hold across key areas, described by what they read out. We finalize the marker configuration with you for each study, and full panel layouts are shared in proposals.

  • T cell functional immunophenotyping. T cell subsets with cytokine production and cytotoxic activity.

  • Regulatory T cell profiling. Treg populations for immune suppression, checkpoint response, and tolerance studies.

  • T follicular helper and germinal center B cell profiling. Humoral responses, antibody maturation, and adjuvant studies.

  • Myeloid profiling. Monocytes, neutrophils, macrophages, and dendritic cell populations (in development).

  • T cell activation and immune checkpoint profiling. Activation, exhaustion-associated, and checkpoint markers.
